ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ian Lopatin is what happens when a lawyer becomes a yogi, a yogi becomes an entrepreneur, and an entrepreneur walks into an ashram in India and never fully comes back. He has built and sold companies, co-founded Spiritual Gangster — a yoga-inspired lifestyle brand that became a movement — and spent decades studying what it actually takes to live from a place of presence, joy, and power. Not the performed version. The real one. He's an author, a speaker, a father, a surfer, a student of the sacred, and a man who has been broken open enough times to know that breakdown and breakthrough are the same door — just entered from different sides.
