Reiki Activated Sound Immersion with Therese

Join Therese for a potent reiki and sound experience. Join Therese @the_whole_therese on Sunday Mornings, for a beautiful Self Care experience. Therese opens up as a Reiki channel for the group, and activates Reiki for each participant at the begining of the session. As you lay, and the waves of healing frequencies flow over and through you, Reiki adds an additional layer of depth and healing to the experience. Come if you need to quiet your mind, find your center, need some grounding, or simply some time just for you. Come if you don't know what you need, but you know you need something. If you're feeling the pull, this is for you. Please arrive a few minutes early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome! Yoga mats, thin cushions and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle and anything else you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example additional pillows or an eye cover) There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.
