Sound Immersion: Relax, Restore & Renew

A morning to quiet the mind and reconnect through the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and more. Step away from the pace of everyday life and join us at ADERO Scottsdale Resort for a meditative sound immersion led by experienced practitioners Mistilyn and Jordan. Throughout this experience, the resonant tones of gongs, crystal quartz and bronze singing bowls, bells, chimes, and drums create an evolving soundscape that invites deep relaxation. Feel the gentle vibrations, follow the shifting layers of sound, and give yourself space to rest. Often described as a “sonic massage,” a sound immersion is experienced lying down or comfortably seated as the sounds wash over you. Your facilitators will also offer individual sound experiences throughout the session to deepen your immersion. No meditation experience is necessary. There is nothing to practice or perfect – simply get comfortable and receive the experience.
