You are invited to vend at a special open-air arts market that takes place across the street from the Melrose Vintage Market! Located at the new retail concept Static Hall located on 7th Ave in the heart of the Melrose District. This market is open to all creative small businesses, regardless of skill level or craft. Boutiques and resellers are accepted as long as you present your products in a tasteful and creative manner. We reserve the right to expel any vendors who we feel might be misrepresenting their involvement in the creation of their products. We reserve the right to remove any vendors for any reason at any time. Refunds: No refunds or credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. Please note this is is a rain or shine event. Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed. Pay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, but are not guaranteed. Do not claim a space until you are assigned by the organizer. Certain spaces are reserved for volunteer vendors. Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizer. DAYTIME MARKET: Set-up time is from 8:00 am to 9:45 am! Have a copy of your specific ticket on hand for correct placement. Vendors must be ready to sell by 9:45 am. Pak up time is 2:45 pm. All vendors must be off the property by 4:00 pm. ALL VENDORS MUST DRIVE IN AND OUT TO LOAD IN FROM 7TH AVENUE LOCATED TO THE WEST OF THE BUILDING. Please do not block the right of way with your vehicle during set-up times. Unload your gear first and then find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS IN THE PARKING LOT. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down, ensuring a better day for everyone! Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing. There are restrooms available inside the retail shop for vendors only. This market is self-guided and run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have. We hope to see you there!
