Couple's Massage Class for Care and Connection

Join us for Couple's Massage Class for Care and Connection, a massage class designed to teach you to give your partner the relaxing backrub they deserve! Guided by Licensed Massage Therapist Christian Bean, you will hone your skill in responsive, healing touch and bond through compassinate presence. Massage is a perfect medium to practice connection and reciprocity in your relationship. This class will consist of a combination of grounding exercises, basic anatomy, and cultivating presence. Participants will learn massage techniques to target myofascial trigger points to address discomfort in the neck and back. You will leave with renewed closeness, bodies relieved of tension, and techniques to practice responsive touch in everyday life. This event will have limited tickets to ensure an intimate, comfortable setting for all attendees. This is a great gift for those seeking quality time over material goods.
