Free Ride presents The Black Jorts Gala

A celebration of Free Ride's 25th anniversary Don't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to take part in Free Ride’s 25th anniversary celebration! A real who's who of the local bike scene, this event will have refreshments courtesy of East End Brewing, activities curated by Free Ride Bicycle Project, and of course music. Help us close out our 25th year in style - We can't wait to see you there! This event is open to all cyclists and non-cyclists of any age - everybody is welcome! It is the opposite of a Black Tie Gala, dress casual or, if you fancy, your classiest punk outfit. Free Ride Bicycle Project, established in 2001, is a non-profit, volunteer-run, do-it-yourself bike shop located in Pittsburgh's Point Breeze neighborhood. Free Ride strives to provide used bicyles to the public at little to no cost, as well as making repair tools easily accessible and building skills through educational programs.
