We’ll kick things off with a classic Tequila Sunrise before groovin' into a retro-inspired menu. The Menu: Shrimp Cocktail Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing Chicken Kiev Buttered Baby Carrots Cherries Jubilee over Ice Cream Throughout the evening, Chef G will share stories, tips, and techniques behind these timeless dishes. The highlight of the evening will be a special flambé demonstration, as Chef G shows you how to properly prepare and ignite the Cherries Jubilee—because nothing says dinner party quite like setting dessert on fire!🔥🍒 This is not a hands-on class—just sit back, enjoy the food and drinks, soak up the ’70s nostalgia, and let Chef G do the cooking.
