Inner Stillness with Sound and Clay

Create an intentional ceramic pinch pot while experiencing guided visualization and the soothing vibrations of Crystal Bowls. Awaken your senses with a unique experience combining sound and clay! Breath by breath and pinch by pinch, ceramic artist Stephanie Flom and sound artist Katie DeFiglio will guide you in creating small, intentional ceramic pinch pots accompanied by the soothing vibrations of Crystal Bowls and a peaceful forest visualization. We’ll close each session with the deep calm of a Crystal Bowl sound bath. Your completed pottery will be bisque fired after the workshop. Pickup dates and times will be shared during class. Please bring a yoga mat for the sound bath. Chairs and cushions will be provided as seating options while you create with clay. All are welcome. No previous experience with clay or sound healing is required. We’d love for you to join us!
