Sehnsucht & Becoming — A Tender Architectures Salon

An intimate evening of song and story, classical German repertoire alongside contemporary covers, celebrating growth, longing, and becoming. Come sit with me as I celebrate another whirl around the sun. Sehnsucht & Becoming is a continuation of my Tender Architectures salon series, an evening where I share where I've been, where I am, and where I'm going, through song and story. We'll move through German and Czech classical repertoire alongside contemporary covers, tracing a night of longing, love, grief, and becoming, together. My beautiful friend and brilliant collaborator Phillip De Luna will be at the keys. I'm also building a small altar to growth and becoming, and I'd love for you to bring something small to add to it: an object, a photo, a written word, a flower. Anything that represents a version of you that's growing, or a growth you're proud of. We'll build it together over the night. After the program, I'll be closing out the night with a curated playlist: R&B, soul, afrobeats, and a whole lot of good energy to dance to. I've made a playlist of the songs I want you to sing with me that evening. Let's make something special together! Date & Time: Sunday, October 20th Doors: 6:30 PM Program begins: 7:00 PM Location: Navus House 1515 Boyle Street Tickets: $25 — includes desserts & drinks
