Swing for the Stage: New Vintage Big Band @ 19 North

A night of big band swing, chef-inspired local bites, and raffles, all benefiting the Washington Community Theatre. Join us at 19 North for an evening of big band swing that gives back. The 17-piece New Vintage Big Band takes the stage on Saturday, November 14, and every ticket supports the Washington Community Theatre. The Music Under the direction of Max Gonano, the New Vintage Big Band has been bringing the sounds of the swing era to life since 1994. Seventeen instrumentalists and a vocalist from Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia play the classics of Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey, and Frank Sinatra. They also play big band arrangements of favorites by Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, and the Beatles. The Food Your $30 ticket includes a dining experience of chef-inspired bites, made with ingredients sourced from our region's best agricultural purveyors. Giving Back Proceeds benefit the Washington Community Theatre, one of our region's true community treasures. Throughout the night, you can show even more support through raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and our signature cocktail.
