Farm Flow at Lily Brook

A morning yoga practice at Lily Brook Farm with the animals, a walk through local artist Nina Fuller's farm. Nina Fuller's farm is one of those places that asks you to be present the moment you arrive. Nina is a local photographer whose work is featured at Portland Art Gallery, and her farm is where that work comes to life. Shuggy the Great Pyrenees, Daisy the goat, and Fweggs the goat who thinks he is a sheep will join us for the flow. Baby lambs may wander in too. We begin with a gentle outdoor yoga practice with the animals nearby, then walk together through the farm, past places you may recognize from Nina's photography, to the gratitude tree and the blue bench. Nina will be there. Come meet her. What to bring: yoga mat or towel, water bottle, layers. Rain or shine. Registered guests will be notified of any reschedule and offered a rain date. Space is limited.
