The Baba Yaga Ball: A Samhain Ritual and Dance Party

A Halloween night ceremony & celebration. We begin with ritual, honoring hag wisdom, and then we dance our way into enchantment. The wild edges of the season are calling. Join us for the Baba Yaga Ball, A Halloween night ceremony & celebration in honor of Baba Yaga, a crafty witch who is wise in the mysteries of the forest, demanding respect and courage from all who dare to face her. Baba Yaga’s tale will be told in shadows, and her skull lanterns will light our way into the darkest time of the year. Then we move into ritual, honoring the hag wisdom of the wild woods and the thinning veil of Samhain as we dance our way into enchantment. 6:30 to 8:00, ritual 8:00 to 10:00, ecstatic dance Costumes, masks, and finery are encouraged. Witchy mocktail brews and finger foods served. Through Ritual Lab, Circe Moss MacDonald creates gatherings that awaken us from the numbing pull of consumer culture, reaching past the veil to honor our humanity and our place in the more-than-human world. Join this unique opportunity to support Ritual Lab so that Circe can continue to meet our craving for connection with deeply intuitive seasonal ritual parties that support the spiritual wellbeing of the community. Tickets are $35 in advance, and pay-what-you-can options are open too, both through October 25th. After that, tickets are $50 the week of the event from 10/26-10/31.
