11/22 Sound Bath: Ground-Appreciate-Create.

An immersive sound bath for relaxation and renewal, with time to reflect on gratitude, ground yourself, and set an intention for what’s next In numerology, 22 is known as the Master Builder—a symbol of turning vision into reality and building upon a strong foundation. With Thanksgiving approaching, it’s a fitting time to pause and reflect on what we’re grateful for, what we already have to build upon, and what we’d like to cultivate in our lives. Gratitude helps us recognize the good already present in our lives. Intention helps us choose what we want to nurture and grow. Join Nicole Alcyon, a sound healing practitioner for 22 years, and her partner Jacob Cordova for an immersive sound bath surrounded by crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred instruments. Jacob plays instruments over and around you, adding another layer of sound and vibration to the experience. Woven within the sound bath journey is a short guided meditation to reflect on what we appreciate, recognize the strengths and resources we already have, and set an intention for what we’d like to cultivate moving forward. Appreciate what is. Connect with what matters. Make space for what’s next. Her signature Hypno-Chakra Therapy weaves the deeply relaxing, receptive state of hypnotherapy with the energetic structure of the chakra system, integrating visualization and energy work to create transformative experiences that support deep relaxation, renewal, and a strengthened connection to the Higher Self. After graduating from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, Nicole received clear guidance to begin working with a chakra set of crystal singing bowls, marking the beginning of her sound healing path. Since then, she has facilitated private and group sessions, retreats, and courses, holding an attuned, energetically clear, and intentional space that supports release, renewal, and integration. ~blessings~ Nicole www.trinitihealing.com
