An Afternoon Reset: Immersive Sound Bath + Cacao Ceremony

An intimate, immersive sound bath designed to reset and rejuvenate, paired with warm cacao for a nourishing afternoon experience. 𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦 • 𝘙𝘦𝘫𝘶𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 • 𝘕𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩 As we move toward the October full moon, you're invited into an intimate afternoon of cacao and immersive sound in my private backyard studio to rejuvenate and refresh your Body-Mind-Spirit. We'll begin with a warm cacao drink, simple breathwork to ground, and a moment to set our intention for the sound bath we'll then receive on the provided reclining lounger. This is "souly" a sound bath—a time to rest, receive, and let the layers of sound fill the space around you. The sound experience includes: • Tibetan bowls • Crystal singing bowls • Several Gongs • Crystal Pyramid • Chimes • And other instruments from my collection With only four participants, the experience is highly personalized, with instruments played throughout the room and directly over and around the body, cleansing and clearing the energetic field. Sound is not only heard, but felt and deeply received. We'll close with a short guided meditation to ground and integrate the experience. Feel free to stay after to enjoy tea and light snacks before transitioning back into your day.
