ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Katrina Cantu is a 1500-hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki I & II practitioner, and lifelong student of self-realization, wellness, and holistic healing. Her teaching blends Hatha, Kriya, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Gentle Yoga—integrating breath, movement, and mindfulness to create a practice that is energizing, grounding, and deeply calming.
