Come stop holding the door shut. Name what's been weighing on you, then give it a form: turn it into a piece of art you can see, look at, and set down for a while. No art experience needed — just a willingness to let the ugly stuff into the light. All welcome. Creative Connection Practice What would it mean for you to connect to your most authentic self through creative practice? Michelle Gay and Lucy Nobles invite you to an in-person exploration of your creative self, while building community with a small group of folks from the greater Portland area. Experience a fun, playful space to create and engage with many forms of creativity. As a means to connect with your deepest, truest self, you will: • try new things in service of connecting with and learning about yourself. • discover, build, and grow your unique gifts, creating a different perspective of how you show up in the world. • take an intuitive, lighthearted approach to creativity. • explore what is in your heart and be a witness for the people going through the same processes with you. This is not about learning a new skill or making beautiful art pieces. This is about exploring the connection between self and creative expression. Included with all workshops: • Worksheet and packet to take home with templates and additional supplies to recreate or add to your project, quotes, and journal prompts • Small group work of up to 10 participants • Guided and reflective group coaching • Creative warm ups and group reflection Ticket pricing & details: We believe in community-based pricing, where folks with greater means can contribute to making our services available to all.
