As a multidimensional healer, ritualist, and guide, her work lives at the intersection of embodiment, ancestral healing, and energetic remembrance. Aubrey’s healing journey has been less about “fixing” and more about remembering: the body’s intelligence, the soul’s resilience, and the guides who walk beside us. Reiki, sound, ritual, and somatic presence are not tools she applies, but practices she lives. #lighthousecommunityyogapdx #pdxyoga #pdxkundalini #pdxsoundbath #pdxbreathwork
