Join us for an intentional gathering designed to soothe the stress, melt tension and rejuvenate spirits. Hosted the 2nd Tuesday of every month this transcendent experience begins with an opening faciliation and breathwork that is then followed by a lovely serenade for the soul. This is when Yesenia uses a variety of instruments to fill the space with ethereal sounds that will transport you to another realm. We suggest bring the following: • Blanket • Yoga Mat • Eye mask • Water • Anything else you need to feel cozy and grounded
