Chill out and tune into your inner vibes with some soulful vocal meditation and good energy. Join us for a journey into your authentic voice through sacred sound. This is Nāda Yoga,the yoga of sound, combined with pranayama (breath work), guided inner listening, and the eternal drone of the shruti box to help you discover your personal healing tone. This is a meditative vocal exploration, not a performance or kirtan. Through prana vocal meditation, we activate the breath-sound connection and open your heart chakra (Anahata). You’ll find a frequency that’s uniquely yours, an anchor you can return to anytime for grounding, healing, and connection. No singing experience needed. No yoga background required. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to listen deeply. We have non-vocal alternatives for everyone, so you can participate however feels right for you. This is about finding your voice, not performing it.
