PDX Urban Fly Fishing Scouting session with Marc Fryt

We'll visit 3-4 spots, discuss key water features and where fish might hold, technique and tactics to reach them, and how to present flies to feed them. At around noon we'll break and hit up a food cart pod to feed ourselves. While all of the spots will be accessible by bike or public transit, we recommend driving or joining a car pool to move quickly from spot to spot. Every participant will receive a copy of Fryt's book, "The Guide to Urban Fly Fishing" ($25 value), which contains even more useful information about fly fishing close to home.
