Amy Civica, The Kitchen Fairy, will guide you through preparing three Portuguese-inspired appetizers. After cooking, sit back and enjoy your creations, each thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted Natalie’s Estate Winery wine. Portuguese Appetizer Menu Portuguese Garlic Shrimp with Grilled Country Bread Garlicky shrimp sautéed with olive oil, herbs, and a touch of spice, served alongside rustic grilled country bread. Portuguese Chouriço & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Savory mushrooms filled with Portuguese-style chouriço and cheese, baked until golden. Presunto-Wrapped Melon with Honey & Mint Sweet melon wrapped in Portuguese presunto and finished with honey and fresh mint.
