You'll learn all of the tips and tricks you need to make the most awesome pie for Thanksgiving and all of your holiday meals! You'll be making and rolling out your own pie dough to take home and bake. You'll leave with all of the knowledge you need to make epic pies! What to expect: • Hands-on time making you own pie dough and filling to take home and bake. • Pie instruction includes demo on dough making, rolling out dough, forming pie dough, making filling, and baking pies. • Pie sampling. • Bring your own rolling pin to learn how to use it properly by Chef Fabi. She attended culinary school 15 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her families recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
