An outdoor Aries Full Moon healing circle exploring emotional expression through movement, breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki. 🌕 WILD & GROUNDED An Aries Full Moon Healing Circle Join Grace Cunningham, Reiki Master, and Ezra Schroer, Parkour & Gymnastics Coach + Energy Guide, for an outdoor evening of movement, sound, energy, and connection beneath the Aries Full Moon. The fiery energy of the Aries Full Moon invites us into the body; Into our emotions, instincts, courage, and full expression. Rather than immediately trying to quiet what we’re feeling, this evening is an invitation to give it somewhere to go. MOVE → BREATHE → RECEIVE → INTEGRATE 🔥 Emotional Expression Through Movement We’ll begin with a guided movement experience led by Ezra, exploring how emotion can be expressed through the body’s range of motion. There’s no right way to move and nothing to perform. You’ll simply be invited to get curious about what your body wants to express and what it feels like to give yourself more space to move. 🌬️ Breathwork From movement, we’ll transition into guided breathwork, bringing our awareness inward and preparing the body to slow down and receive. 🌿 Sound Healing + Reiki We’ll then settle onto our mats for an immersive sound healing experience featuring didgeridoo, and additional instruments like the drum, triangle, and voice. As the sound begins, Grace will offer Reiki energy healing and guide the group into meditation, creating space to receive, integrate, ground, and reconnect with yourself. Who is this for? Everyone is welcome! This is an all-genders, all-ages community event. Come on your own, bring a friend, or gather a group and experience the Full Moon together. Minors should attend with a parent or guardian. No previous experience with movement, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, or Reiki is needed. The movement portion is accessible and exploratory, no parkour or gymnastics experience required. Everything is an invitation. You’re always welcome to modify, pause, rest, or participate in whatever way feels supportive for your body. Event Details 🌕 Saturday, September 26 🕔 5:00–6:30 PM 🌿 Laurelhurst Park | Portland, Oregon 💫 Sliding scale / suggested donation: $10–$25 No one turned away for lack of funds. We’ll gather outdoors at Laurelhurst Park. The exact meeting location within the park will be emailed to registered attendees closer to the event date. In the event of rain, we’ll move to an indoor location and registered attendees will receive updated details via email.
