A Concert for Your Nervous System

The world asks your nervous system to stay alert. Tonight, we invite it to rest. A Concert for Your Nervous System Life moves quickly. Our minds stay busy, our bodies carry tension, and moments of true rest can feel difficult to find. A Concert for Your Nervous System is an invitation to pause. Join us for a peaceful evening where gentle Reiki, guided Yoga Nidra Meditation, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls come together to create a space for stillness, relaxation, and renewal. There is nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to fix. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week, reconnect with yourself, or simply enjoy an hour to reset, this experience offers a welcoming space to slow down and be present.
