A Sound Healing for Release, Renewal & Inner Light

Guided meditation & sound healing (crystal bowls, gong, chimes) to release, rest & renew as the seasons change. ✨ As the seasons change, we are reminded that there is beauty in slowing down, letting go, and turning inward. Join us for an evening of deep rest, healing vibrations, and soulful renewal as we reconnect with the ember—the quiet light that continues to glow within us. Through guided meditation and the sounds of crystal bowls, gong, chimes & sacred vibrations, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves you, soften into stillness, and make space for what’s next. 🍂 Release. Rest. Renew. Remember your light. ✨ Come exactly as you are. 🕯️ Leave feeling lighter, grounded & renewed.
