Back to School Coping Kits with NoSolo

Kids will create personalized coping kits with simple tools to manage big feelings, stress, focus, and school-day transitions. Back-to-School Coping Kits is a fun, hands-on workshop created by Harborside Health & Wellness in collaboration with the NOSOLO Give Back Foundation. Back-to-school season can bring excitement, stress, worry, and lots of big feelings. During this workshop, kids will create their own personalized coping kit filled with simple tools they can use to support emotional regulation, manage overwhelm, improve focus, and feel more confident during school-day transitions. Each child will leave with a take-home coping kit and practical strategies they can use throughout the school year.
