Join Shelley for an evening of meditation & sound healing to honor the Fall Equinox—reflect, release, and find balance within. As we approach the Fall Equinox, a time when light and darkness come into balance, we're invited to pause, reflect, and gently return to our own center. Balance doesn't mean everything in our lives gets equal attention all the time. It means noticing when we've moved too far in one direction and giving ourselves permission to gently come back toward center. Through guided meditation, intention, and the healing vibrations of sound, we'll reflect on what this season has grown within us, release what we're ready to stop carrying, and create space for what comes next. “To everything there is a season" Join Shelley for an evening of rest, reflection, and sound as we honor the changing season and find stillness in the space between light and dark. All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley's sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit-guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require. Bring a journal, mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss. Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
