Halloween Weekend at Phoenix Rising Lincoln

This Halloween, we're doing things a little differently at Phoenix Rising in Lincoln. Spend Halloween weekend differently. Two days. Three experiences. A little movement, a little music, and a few unexpected twists. Whether you're joining us for one experience or spending the whole weekend with us, there's something special happening behind our doors. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30 6:00 PM | Inside Flow: After Dark A different kind of Friday night. Our familiar Inside Flow experience takes on a darker, more atmospheric setting for Halloween. Music, breath, and movement come together in a choreographed practice set to a carefully selected soundtrack, with a little seasonal mystery woven into the evening. No costumes required. Just bring your mat and come as you are. Individual registration: $20 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31 8:00 AM | Pumpkin & Pilates A little movement. A little autumn fun. We're bringing a playful seasonal twist to the Pilates mat with a special 75-minute class incorporating mini pumpkins into the practice. A different kind of Halloween morning, with good company and something warm in your cup.
