Kitten Yoga at Phoenix Rising

A little movement. A little stillness. A few unexpected guests. Join us at Phoenix Rising Lincoln for a special afternoon practice—with kittens sharing the room. Move through an accessible yoga practice while adoptable kittens wander, play, explore, and very likely ignore whatever pose you had planned. Come for the yoga. Come for the kittens. Leave with a little more room to breathe. Saturday, October 3 1:00–3:00 PM Phoenix Rising Lincoln No advanced yoga experience needed. Expect movement, laughter, pauses, and the occasional kitten on your mat. What to bring Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and anything you normally like to have for practice.
