We all know drinking a cup of herbal tea can make us feel better. Herbalist Connie Ganley will discuss the how and why as we explore the basics of herbs as medicine in the best-tasting way! Learn about the health benefits, characteristics, and blending techniques of herbal teas (tisanes). We’ll cover stress relief, anti-inflammation, and focus. Each participant will create custom tea blends to enjoy at home. Come and join us for a cozy cuppa (or more) on a chilly winter morning! Program is appropriate for ages 16 and older. Registration is required. Class is limited to 12.
