New Level Strength Circuit

Circuit style classes designed to work together across the week - or choose the day that fits your schedule! Find Your New Level! Build a strength routine that's already planned for you! Join us & coach Bella at New Level for citcuit style classes designed to work together across the week - or choose the day that fits your schedule! Tuesday at 6pm - Upper Body + Core: Strengthen and sculpt your upper body, with plenty of core work mixed in. Thursday at 6pm - Lower Body + Core: Focus on your glutes, hamstrings, and quads, with core work throughout the class. Satuday at 7am - Full Body + Strength Conditioning: Bring it all together with a full-body strength workout and a touch of conditioning. Every class is beginner friendly, and modifications are offered so you can work at your level. Come for one, two, or all three - just pick your dates, reserve your spot, and show up ready to sweat & sip! Classes take place in the fitness studio downstairs at New Level Nurtition in Smithfield. Tickets are $20 per class, with 25 spots available for each session. Complete the studio waiver here before your first class.
