ON Leadership Conference 2027

INTENTIONALITY ON LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2027 INTENTIONALITY June 8, 2027 See more clearly. Choose more intentionally. Act more courageously. The ON Leadership Conference returns on June 8, 2027, bringing leaders together for an energizing exploration of intentionality—how the choices we make shape who we become, how we lead, and the impact we have on others. Are you moving through your days with purpose, or simply responding to whatever comes next? Intentionality is more than setting goals or making plans; it means noticing familiar patterns and creating space to choose our responses rather than react automatically. Seeing more clearly helps us recognize what is actually happening; choosing more intentionally reveals possibilities we may have overlooked; and acting more courageously turns awareness into meaningful movement. Join us to explore how small, deliberate choices can change the way we lead and live! Give yourself half a day to pause, reflect, connect, and decide what comes next. The countdown to June 8th and the 2027 ON Leadership Conference is on! THE DETAILS The ON Leadership Conference, presented by Dirigo, brings together individuals who want to lead more impactful, fulfilling lives and careers. Attendees explore ideas and conversations that support greater awareness, intention, and courage, with practical insights they can carry into their work, relationships, and everyday decisions. 2027’s theme explores intentionality—the practice of noticing how we show up, understanding the choices available to us, and deciding how we want to move forward. The question is whether we are becoming on purpose. At ON, we’ll explore how seeing clearly, choosing intentionally, and acting courageously can create growth and meaningful impact. This event is for you if you are: • Eager to become more deliberate and effective in your leadership journey. • Driven to shape your life by choice, not simply by habit or circumstance. • Interested in recognizing patterns, asking better questions, and taking purposeful action. • A leader who believes that leadership is defined not by title or place on the corporate ladder, but by how you listen, respond, make decisions, and influence others. • An entrepreneur, solopreneur, emerging leader, individual contributor, or business professional ready to pause, gain perspective, and make a meaningful next move. The ON Leadership Conference is a distinctive experience, bringing together remarkable attendees and engaging speakers. We combine ideas and stories with participation, reflection, laughter, and conversations you couldn’t have planned, creating space to see familiar challenges from a fresh angle. You’ll leave with new perspectives, better questions, and perhaps one decision you’re ready to make.
