Join us for the first Parent Book Club at Harborside — a relaxed evening for parents to connect, talk openly, and have meaningful conversations about the parts of parenting and mental health that often don’t get enough space. This month’s book is: From Playgrounds to Psych Wards: One Couple’s Journey Through Postpartum Psychosis by Colby & Amanda Taylor The evening will be facilitated by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners Kim Meehan and Taylor Selke We’re also excited to welcome author Amanda Taylor, who will be joining us virtually during the evening to answer questions and be part of the conversation. You do not need to be a mental health professional, and this is not a therapy group. It’s simply a welcoming space for parents to gather, connect, and have thoughtful conversation around an important book. Light bites will be served. Please bring your own beverage, mocktail provided. Come having read the whole book, part of the book, or simply ready to listen and join the discussion.
