Phoenix in Wonderland

Step through the looking glass for 75 minutes of Pilates Fusion, Dance Cardio, black lights, music, and glow. Step through the looking glass for a night of movement, music, and glow. Join Nichole for Phoenix in Wonderland, a 75-minute Alice in Wonderland-inspired experience blending Pilates Fusion and Dance Cardio into one high-energy workout. Expect black lights, great music, glow, and plenty of movement as Phoenix Rising transforms for Halloween week. We’ll move through a playful mix of Pilates-inspired strength work and dance cardio designed to get you moving, sweating, and having a little fun along the way. Before we head down the rabbit hole, we’ll kick things off with an included “Drink Me” energy beverage from The Window to get the night started. Come ready to move, sweat, and glow. Bright colors, white, neon, and anything that comes alive under the black lights are encouraged. Costumes and Wonderland-inspired looks are welcome too—just make sure you can comfortably move in whatever you wear. This event also falls during Phoenix Rising’s birthday week, so consider this part workout, part Halloween celebration, and part birthday party. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, grab your “Drink Me” beverage, and get ready for the experience.
