Sacred Sound Bath: Bare Branches

A November sound bath to honor the quieter season. Rest, reflect, and discover the life and strength that remain beneath the surface. By November, the trees have released their leaves, leaving bare branches against the sky. The tree may look empty, but it isn’t. Its roots remain. Its strength remains. Its life remains. There is still life beneath what we can see. During this sound bath, we’ll turn inward and explore what remains within us when the outer layers fall away, the strength, faith, and life beneath the surface. Through reflection, rest, and healing sound, we’ll embrace the quieter season and remember that not everything needs to be blooming to be alive. All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley's sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit-guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require. Bring a journal, mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss. Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
