They’ll get you up on your feet with a 1930s cabaret sound that’s both gritty and polished! It’ll be nothin’ but a swingin’ good time! This is Swing Blues music straight out of the 1930s featuring songs from the legendary masters of the time such as Tampa Red, Big Bill Broonzy, The Harlem Hamfats and many others! The Smack Dabs will take you back to the prohibition era of speak-easy’s and the excitement of the post-prohibition times of free-flowing taps! Both rootsy and smooth, rowdy yet disciplined, flaunting brass and ivories, washboards and kazoos! Bring your dancing shoes! This band will drop you Smack Dab in the Middle of the pre-war cabarets!
