Zen In Motion Retreat

Find your center through breathwork and mindful movement in nature. This active retreat invites you to turn inward through a blend of silent meditation and mindful movement. We’ll spend the morning practicing sitting meditation and breathwork at PZC’s retreat center on the hill. After a healthful vegetarian lunch, we’ll head outdoors for hiking and nature bathing on nearby trails. The day will end with brief restorative yoga stretch, chanting, and group reflection. A brief introduction to the Kwan Um School of Zen practice will be provided for those who are interested in starting a regular meditation practice after the retreat.
