The Autumn Equinox marks a beautiful moment of balance—when day and night meet as equals before we begin our transition into the darker, quieter months of the year. During this 75-minute experience, you will be guided through a powerful pranayama practice designed to cleanse the body, clear the mind, and prepare you to move inward. From there, we will enter into meditation and reflection, honoring the symbolism of the harvest. What have you been tending within your life this year? What has grown? What have you learned? What is now ready to be gathered, integrated, and carried forward? Just as nature moves through seasons, so do we. The Equinox allows us to recognize where we are, honor what this season of our lives has given us, and consciously choose what we wish to carry with us into autumn and winter. Following meditation, you will be immersed in sacred sound, allowing the body, mind, heart, and spirit to settle into greater harmony and integration. This gathering is both celebration and ceremony—a moment to honor the abundance of what has been, receive the wisdom of the harvest, and create space for the season ahead. To carry the ceremony home with you, you will receive specially chosen equinox-infused items from the petrified wood medicine wheel held within our space, giving you something tangible to continue your own practice and ceremony at home. We will complete our evening together with a nourishing Ayurvedic herbal infusion, intentionally chosen to support the body’s transition into autumn.
