Plot & Tent Size Information Please make sure your tent does not exceed the size of your assigned plot. Parking, Check-In & Unloading CHECK-IN IS REQUIRED BEFORE SETUP All vendors must check in with the Office of Student Activities before setting up any tent, table, or equipment. Unloading: 8:00 AM – 09:30 AM Vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading. Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Loading/Pickup: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Parking Permits Parking permits may be obtained from the FAMU Police Department. 📍 2400 Wahnish Way 📞 850-561-2657 Important Vendor Guidelines 🚫 Food and beverage sales are not permitted. ✔️ Health-related services or vendors require prior approval from the Student Health Center Director at 850-599-3777. ✔️ Vendors must remain within their assigned vending space. ✔️ Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment. 🚫 Amplified sound or music is not permitted on Fridays. Confirmation, Fees & Check-In 📧 Please bring your Humanitix confirmation email when checking in at the Office of Student Activities. 💳 All vendor fees must be paid through Humanitix at the time of registration. 🔄 Registrations are non-transferable. Refund Policy ⚠️ Vendor fees are non-refundable, except when The Set Market is canceled due to inclement weather or an official University closure. Please note that processing fees and taxes are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be returned to the original card/account used for payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the financial institution. 📞 Questions?
