From Wasteland to Wonder: Tour and Lunch & Learn

When we talk about climate solutions, the conversation often focuses on new technologies. But what if some of our most powerful solutions are already growing all around us? Join Leaf & Limb for a behind-the-scenes tour of our facility, where we'll explore practical ways to address climate change, restore ecosystems, and support biodiversity. We'll walk through our grove where we grow thousands of saplings from seed, and see examples of a Pocket Forest and a Piedmont Prairie. Along the way, we'll explore how healthy soil, native plants, and trees can help cool our communities, capture carbon, manage stormwater, and help heal Earth. Basil will also share insights from From Wasteland to Wonder, exploring easy ways we can help heal Earth in the sub/urban landscape.Lunch will be provided.
