What You’ll Learn • Basic lathe operation and safe tool handling • Techniques for shaping and turning a wooden bowl • Sanding and finishing techniques for your bowl Class Details • Date: Friday, December 11, 2026 • Time: 10:00 AM–3:30 PM • Duration: 5.5 hours • Instructor: Bill Sites • Experience level: Beginner/ intermediate All wood, materials, tools, and safety equipment are provided. Each quantity purchased equals one participant’s seat in the class. What to Bring • Closed-toe shoes are required—no Crocs. Please avoid loose clothing and jewelry that could catch in moving tools. Required Liability Waiver • Every participant must complete the appropriate liability waiver before class begins. • Please select the adult waiver or, for participants under 18, the youth waiver.
