A day of fitness, strength & community supporting domestic violence survivors through movement, donations and hope. 💜 FIRST ANNUAL LIFT FOR HOPE 💜 Domestic Violence Supply Drive & Fitness Day Join Beauties & The Beast Powerlifting Team on Saturday, October 17, 2026 for a full day of fitness, strength, fun and community as we come together to support survivors of domestic violence. Lift for Hope is personal to me. Years ago, around Halloween, I was fleeing domestic violence when I was involved in a serious car accident that changed my life. I rebuilt—and fitness and powerlifting became a huge part of that journey. Now it's time to use that strength to help somebody else. 💜 THE DAY 🚶🏾‍♀️ 8:30 AM — Community Walk | FREE 📍 Partnership for Children Park 600 Booker Dairy Rd, Smithfield, NC All ages and fitness levels welcome. 💪🏾 11:00 AM — Boot Camp | FREE 📍 Body Empowerment Strength & Performance Studio- exact address provided to registered participants—Come move, sweat and have some fun! RSVP required. 🏋🏾‍♀️ 2:00 PM — Deadlift Challenge | $30 📍 Body Empowerment Strength & Performance Studio —exact address provided to registered participants Limited to 20 lifters! All experience levels welcome.
