Lunchtime - Fresh Pasta Making Class - Fall Flavors

Come learn how to make fresh pasta & ravioli with Daniela at Il Laboratorio. Classes are hands-on and end with a pasta tasting. Join us for a Lunchtime class on your day off from Work and school for Veteran's Day... Make Lunch with us! Learn how to make pasta like a tiny Italian Nonna (or Nonno). Master the art of crafting homemade pasta. MENU Fresh Egg Pasta dough + Beet Pasta Dough Rigatoni - Butternut Squash Sauce Farfalle - Tuscan Kale Pesto Pumpkin Cannoli At the end of the class, we will make 2 sauces and eat what we make! All classes are hands-on. We have a collection of traditional pasta making tools from Italy and special pasta rolling boards. We eat what we make! We will cook up the pasta together for a tasting at the end of the class. This is typically enough for a light meal. NOTE: Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - our Italian Cooking School kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd. (NOT at Melina's Fresh Pasta shop). All participants receive a Class Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class. Please read FAQs below this description before calling the pasta shop with questions. Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes. ****If you have a gift card, please follow instruction under "Gift Cards" below**** If the class is full - register for the wait list and you will be contacted first for future classes. No Refunds: All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
