Reconnect: Mindful Movement & Meditation Ready to unplug and recharge? Join us in person for Reconnect, a chill session blending gentle movement with calming meditation. It’s all about tuning into your body and mind, letting go of stress, and finding your inner zen. Whether you’re a newbie or a pro, come as you are and enjoy some quality time to breathe, move, and just be. Event at MY YOGA, located in Hamilton Centre (Southwest Durham) Off 54, down the street from South Point Mall. Please bring a yoga mat and any cushion that helps to sit or lie comfortably
