Spa Yoga & Community Share

First and foremost, I am looking to create community. My offer to you is a spa yoga class, and providing the space and opportunity for relaxation. SPA Yoga® is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga® sequencing. By engaging all five of the senses with soft light, soothing music, and aromatherapy, SPA Yoga® aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana, guided meditation, or Yoga Nidra. Your fee to join is yourself. Suggested donation is to bring in something of yourself to share with the group - a favorite song, words you've written, line from a poem, baked goods, story, picture, anything. If you feel called to share a couple of dollars towards the studio rental cost, that would be appreciated, but not needed. My hope is that this becomes a monthly collective. A place and time and space to receive care and take rest. A community that we co-create for mutual support and compassion. Join once or stay. I can't wait to meet you!
