Join us for a beginner friendly pay what you can sunset yoga flow and sound bath at Shelley Lake Park in Raleigh NC! Whether you're new to yoga or just looking for a peaceful evening outdoors, this experience is for you. Classes include meditation & mindfulness; movement & a restorative sound bath in a beautiful location. When: Every other Wednesday throughout the spring & summer. Start time will move based on sunset & heat.
