Full description from organizer

Worth More 2.0: Your self-worth and money beliefs and behaviors that shape your leadership and life. Featuring Rhonda Payne, guest speaker. Women's Leadership Salon Thursday, October 29, 2026 Salon from 3–5pm at The Frontier RTP, 800 Park Offices Dr., Durham, NC. Continue the conversation over an optional happy hour and community dinner from 5-7pm+ at Boxyard RTP. This month’s theme is: Worth More 2.0. We started this conversation in September, and there is so much more to explore about this rich topic. What do you need to believe you are Worth More? This month's Women's Leadership Salon is an invitation to have the money conversations we need to have and develop a more honest, empowered, and values-aligned relationship with money. Our goal is to live and lead from a place of greater self-trust, abundance, and liberation. We’ll explore questions such as: • What are limiting beliefs that shape my relationship with money? • What do I need to believe I am worth more? • How can I live and lead with greater self trust and abundance? Come prepared to share: your unique challenges around thinking expansively about money and owning your worth. Our Women’s Leadership Salons are recurring intercultural, intergenerational gatherings for women and gender nonbinary people who seek to explore, elevate, and reimagine their leadership in beloved community. Our Salons are not traditional networking events, lectures, or training sessions. They are co-facilitated community spaces of deep reflection, connection, peer learning, mutual elevation, and collective leadership reimagining. What to Expect While the theme and exact format and discussions will vary each month, our gatherings will usually include: • Welcome and informal connections • Opening circle and grounding practice • Individual reflection, journaling, or creative inquiry • Facilitated dialogue on the month’s theme • Peer-advisory conversations, solution generation, and action planning in small groups • Story-sharing, collective sense-making, and resources exchange • Closing circle and practices that help participants carry insights into their leadership and lives Participants are invited to engage at the level that feels right for them. You may come with a fully-formed leadership challenge, an emerging question, a season of transition, a desire for community, or simply curiosity about what becomes possible in a room of people committed to leading differently. Your Hosts and Guest Speaker Marie Deveaux, Founder of High Tides Consulting, LLC, and Katherine Turner, Founder and President of Global Citizen Consulting, LLC, are passionate about creating bold, values and identity-affirming spaces where people challenge conventional leadership paradigms. We co-curate the Women Reimagining Leadership Movement where people explore what shapes them, connect authentically across differences, and elevate and reimagine liberatory leadership practices. Rhonda Payne, Founder and CEO, Achieve Financial Freedom, LLC, is our guest speaker. Rhonda helps professional women transform the way they think about money, debt, and financial freedom. Through workshops, speaking engagements, and one-on-one coaching, Rhonda empowers women to reduce financial stress, increase confidence, and build a sustainable path toward financial freedom without sacrificing the life they've worked hard to create. Fee & Inclusion Fee: Pay what you feel moved to offer the hosts for their time and effort: $45, $35, $25, or $15 + Eventbrite fees. If cost is a barrier, contact us for the free promo code. We want you with us. Inclusion: We believe in a gender-inclusive and affirming understanding of “women.” We welcome all people who identify as women, including trans women, as well as gender nonbinary and gender-expansive people who choose to participate in our community where we elevate and reimagine women’s leadership. BIO: Rhonda Payne is the Founder and CEO of Achieve Financial Freedom, LLC, where she helps professional women transform the way they think about money, debt, and financial freedom. Through workshops, speaking engagements, and one-on-one coaching, Rhonda empowers women to reduce financial stress, increase confidence, and build a sustainable path toward financial freedom without sacrificing the life they've worked hard to create.
