Free PTRR rebate help from Rep. Cepeda-Freytiz's office, plus free vision exams & glasses for eligible kids. All welcome! Join State Representative Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz's office for Children's Health Day, a free event for Berks County families. Please note: After you register, our office will call you to confirm your spot before the event. State Services On-Site: As part of our commitment to serving Berks County families, our office will be on-site giving assistance to constituents for the Property Tax/Rent Rebate (PTRR) Program — helping ensure eligible residents get the relief they're entitled to. Also Featuring — Free Vision Care for Children: In partnership with Centro Hispano Daniel Torres, Inc., the VSP® Eyes of Hope® Mobile Vision Clinic will be on-site offering free comprehensive eye exams and, if needed, prescription glasses for eligible children. Vision clinic eligibility: Your child may qualify if you have no vision coverage, have not received eye care through a VSP program in the past 12 months, and meet income guidelines (family of 4: $64,300 max annual income; other family sizes available on request).
