Intro to Espresso Class

Join our Beverage Director, John Cappelletti, for an espresso brewing workshop. We’ll begin with a brief lecture on espresso as a brewing method, then move on to workflow review and on-bar training on our state-of-the-art equipment. We’ll work on tasting, dialing and perfecting your espresso at home. We’ll open up for Q&A and conclude with a few gifts for you! You don’t need to bring anything to this workshop. View Here Safety Notice: This workshop involves the use of coffee equipment and tools that may become very hot, as well as hot water, coffee, steam, and other hot liquids. Burns and other minor injuries are possible. Participants must follow all instructor safety directions and use equipment only as instructed. Closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing are recommended. Please notify the instructor of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or physical limitations before participating. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
