Gratitude Sound Bath Experience at Renew Yoga

relaxing sound bath that’ll leave you feeling grateful and refreshed. Join Blue Muse Sound Healing for a Gratitude Sound Journey. Become immersed in a soundscape of powerful vibrations created by sounds of 4 Paiste Gongs, Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and more. Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience – it’s like receiving a full body sound massage. The sounds act as the focal point, reducing and eliminating mind chatter, leading to a release of deep rooted tension and emotional blocks. Healing harmonics work to realign your entire system. What to Bring: It is encouraged to bring an eye cover to allow yourself to be immersed in deep relaxation.
